We hold an account with the NZ Ministry of Justice. 90% requests reported back 3-5 working days, 10% may take 20 working days as some requests will need to be assessed by MOJ staff to ensure the privacy of the individual is protected. MOJ may also need to contact the candidate for more information in order to process your request.
